A valid Credit Card on file is required for online booking. Your card will not be charged before your session. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Any appointments cancelled or missed within this time period may be charged for the appointment time that was reserved for you.

Having experienced for myself the enormous benefits from natural and alternative therapies from a young age, I knew I was called to help others with their wellness goals from a natural healing perspective.
I graduated from Kikkawa College and have had the privilege of working in clinical practice since 2001. Having spent 23 years of my career working in multidisciplinary clinics alongside Physiotherapists, Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, Chiropodists, and Psychologists has kept me passionate about staying up to date with current evidence-based treatments for a wide variety of wellness goals and concerns. I have continuing education in Cupping, Clinical Aromatherapy, Kinesio Taping, Pregnancy & Labour Support, Myofascial Integration and Lymphatic Drainage.
My philosophy is a holistic approach to therapeutic massage that supports the whole person in their wellness and self care plan.
